The purpose of this blog is 1st I wanted to talk about my feelings, PCOS is a syndrome all related to imbalance hormones and more of a emotional thing. You will read more about it on my blogs. 2nd The one who is struggling through PCOS, I wanted to help them connect with them. I know people don’t actually understand what we go through sometimes its really difficult to motivate yourself.
What message I hope you get from my blog…
I truly believe health is a lifestyle and journey. I’ve spent a lot of time on my health journey educating myself what is good for my body, and I’m so grateful to have this space to empower other women. Everyone’s health goals and body are unique, and we should celebrate that and lift each other up. I hope this blog gives you ideas and inspiration to put yourself first. You are worth it!
